Designed as the head office to a major energy provider company, the building is an initiative project with having BIPV (Building Integrated Photo Voltaic) systems integrated into both facade and roof.
With its double skin facade of which the outer skin is composed of an irregularly distributed BIPV modules, creates a shaded semi-open balcony area surrounding the indoor working spaces and further provides a sun controlled break area for the occupants.
An event terrace is designed at the roof top with a shelter composed of PV panels where a wind tribune is also placed.
