Bina cephesi, yüksek ısı yalıtım performansı sunan enerji verimli bir dış cephe sistemi olarak tasarlanmış ve tüm NZEB gerekliliklerini karşılayacak şekilde detaylandırılmıştır. Cephe tasarımı; saydam ve opak yüzeylerin bir arada kullanıldığı, aşağıdaki gelişmiş cephe sistemlerini kapsayan karma bir yapıdadır: Stick curtain wall (CW) sistemi Çift cidarlı cephe Alüminyum mesh kaplama cephe sistemi Kanallı cam cephe sistemi Seramik kaplı havalandırmalı cephe sistemi Dıştan ısı yalıtımlı cephe sistemi Mesh çatı kaplama sistemi Mimari tasarım vizyonu doğrultusunda geliştirilen özel tasarım stick curtain wall sistemi, konsollu mullion ve transom profilleri ile tasarlanmıştır. Mimari hedefler doğrultusunda tasarlanan çift cidarlı cephe, tamamen alüminyumdan üretilmiş özel tasarım mesh dış cephe kaplaması ile tamamlanmıştır. Perfore mesh kaplama, yapıya özgün bir mimari ifade kazandırırken, hafif tasarımı sayesinde modüler üretim ve hızlı montaj avantajı sunmaktadır.
