Designed by Foster + Partners and Arup, Kuwait International Airport terminal covers 720k sqm are with a unique enclosure system composed of BIPV roof, double curved facades and bespoke double curved link bridge enclosures. Founder of Facadedesignmanager delivered design management for the entire facade and roof with 60k sqm and 300k sqm area respectively.

Core objective of the technical coordination was to ensure code compliant design for the building enclosures. BIPV system integration, design coordination through revit and navisworks in LOD-400 for the entire building enclosure were among the key features of the technical management workflow. Kuwait International Airport T2 project was a new milestone in the management of a mega facade and roof construction throughout the world.
