All façade systems and sub-components have been engineered in full alignment with the architectural design intent, developed through detailed engineering analyses. A multi-layered system approach has been adopted to ensure the interoperability of various materials, addressing building physics requirements such as wind loads, moisture and water management, thermal performance, fire safety, and connection detailing—optimized in accordance with international standards.
